After working as an executive in a number of companies, he established The RightThing in 2003. The RightThing was a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) company that was extremely successful. They had high-profile clients and an amazing environment at work. Because of their achievements, ADP decided to acquire them in 2011. After that, Terry Terhark stayed with ADP as President, Talent Acquisition Solutions before taking on another path.
