He introduced the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which is being used until now by millions of customers to book their travel at the Disney Park. As the senior vice president, he played a significant role in the opening of Disney California Adventure and Downtown Disney.
He also served as the vice president of the Epcot Theme Park which features galleries, concert series, rides, parades, and fireworks. He was in charge of the day-to-day park operations and led the Millennium Celebration for The Walt Disney Company.
After working as the vice president of Travel Operations at Walt Disney World in Orlando, he was soon appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Disneyland Resort Paris in Marne-la-Vallée, Île-de-France, France. He was also responsible for overseeing the everyday operations of the Resort’s two theme parks, seven hotels and the Disney Village. In addition to this, he successfully led the 15th anniversary celebration of the resort. He was in Paris from May 2006 to October 2009.
From October 2009 to February 2013, he served as the president of Disneyland Resort in California. After his stint in the Disneyland Resort, he became the president of Walt Disney World Resort in February 2013 to November 2019.
