He suddenly turned himself in after more than 20 years of evading the FBI.

He provided information to the FBI regarding a list of criminals he referred to as “the Blacklist.” Reddington said that these criminals are very careful and meticulous that they don’t leave a trace and the Bureau doesn’t know about them yet.

What the FBI doesn’t know is Red just used their agreement to reach his secret goal. Later, it was revealed that wanted to find Berlin, his enemy, who had been trying to bring down and ruin his organization.
